Fitness: I am back in training at long last, have lost some weight and I am starting to put it on in the right places. Easy diet: fish, chicken, avoid wheat where possible, get to the gym twice a week. Hoping to play some rugby again this year.
DISLIKES
Traffic Wardens, gizmos, BMWs, bigots, reality TV shows and manufactured pop.
